General Policies. PLEASE READ before your arrival.

• Alcoholic Beverages:  Acceptable in moderation on your site only
• Cabins and Cottages: No smoking and no pets allowed inside cabins 
• Campsites: One camping unit per site. Full Hookup sites - RV only. 
• Check In Time: Check in 3 pm. If you arrive between 1-3 there is a $10 early check in fee. Early check in is based on availability and NOT guaranteed. No arrivals prior to 1pm. 
• Check Out time: Cabins and Cottages -- 11am.  All sites -- 12pm check out.
• Fires: Only in fire rings - which may not be moved
• Firewood:  For sale at the camp store or order online. Pay during store hours, and wood will be delivered.
• Fishing: No license is required. You may keep the bluegills, and you MUST throw back the bass.  Bait is for sale at the store.  Please fish in the large pond only.
• Garbage:  Place in plastic bags and deposit in dumpster near the exit.  Please clean up your site when you leave. No trash in fire rings.
• Kayaks and SUPs: Available for use, inquire at office. Personal watercraft is not allowed. 
• Internet: Available but not reliable.
• Motorized off road vehicles and Golf Carts:  Not are not allowed on property.
• Pets: Must be quiet, under control, and on a leash at all times. Please clean up after them and never leave them unattended. Absolutely NO pit bulls (American bullys, American pit bull terriers, American Staffordshire terriers, Staffordshire bull terriers, American bulldogs, or a mix of these breeds) or any other type of aggressive dog allowed. Dogs are only allowed on sites. Not allowed in or around the Rustic Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and Cottages. Pay $1.00/dog /day at the office.
• Quiet Hours:  From 10:30 pm to 8:00 am.  No loud talking, music, or disturbing your closest neighbor.
• Store Hours:  Listed in your arrival packet or posted at the store.
• Swimming: Parents: supervise your own children at ALL times. Remember that TriPonds has a 2 bathing suit policy.  One for pool and another for the pond. There are NO LIFEGAURDS ON DUTY.  
• Trees:  Cutting, injuring, or driving nails into trees is prohibited.
• Visitors:  $2.00 per visitor of registered campers. Check-in at Office. Children 4 and under are free.
• Washrooms:  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Please help us keep the washrooms clean.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave (without a refund) for inappropriate behavior:  excessive noise, disrespect of property, failure to follow above policies, etc.

Reservation Policies:

• 50% deposit required when making the reservation.
• Reservations may be made 1 year in advance. 
• If you need to cancel your reservation, we refund half of the deposit when cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival, no refund can be given.
• No shows will be charged full balance.
