On January 1 our Cottages, Deluxe Cabins and Full hookup sites can be booked for 3 night minimums during our Peak Season (Mid-June through August). When booking a year in advance we have a 1-week minimum for Full Hookup sites, Deluxe Cabins and Cottages.
If you want to stay for a week or longer, we advise booking 8-12 months in advance.
2 night minimums are available before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

- Peak season is when most schools are out for summer (Early June through August).
- If you need to cancel your reservation, we refund half of the deposit (when cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival).
- If cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival, no refund can be given.
- If you do not show up to your reservation, the entire amount will be charged to you.
